i plan on making a weekly eve lottery where by players buy a ticket with a random 5 numbers (of their choise) and then numbers will be picked at random to decide a winner, with a rollover if nobody wins.
i just want peoples thoughts on this idea and if people think its a good idea then i will be organising it in the next few days.

i know it is impossible trying to convince you guys that this is not a scam, maybey if i had a word with CCP about running a lottery would you be more trusting? if not what could i do to show you that it is legit?

my plan was to pick 5 numbers weekly, between 1-20 picked completely at random. i myself will not be aloud to buy a ticket. i thought about selling tickets at around 100k as i wish this to be a BIG MONEY lotery with special event lotteries e.g christmas lottery...etc where tickets are worth more the jackpot is more and the odds are better say balls between 1-15 or somthing like that. the winners will be anounsed the same day as the draw, there will be no wins for 4,3,2 matching numbers only a jackpot.
